Refund & Return Policy

Our merchandise if of the highest quality possible. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We therefore take great care in packaging and delivering our goods to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Due to the distinctiveness and quality of our products, Stephen Jones Millinery Limited will be very vigilant in ensuring that any returns attempted to be made meet our strict criteria and returns will only exceptionally be made if the purchaser has complied with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, subject to the above, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within fourteen days after shipment has been made, provided that all the following five criteria are met: 

1. the item has not been worn, used or damaged

2. the item is in its original condition

3 .the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.

4. the item is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase 

5. Merchandise returned to Stephen Jones Millinery for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD deliveries.
