SJ created over 130 head signs for the exhibition ‘In America: A Lexicon of Fashion,’ The Costume Institute, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.

Commissions:

SJ created an Instagram filter, ‘Kiss my Rose’ for the British Hat Guild, to coincide with the Digital Royal Chelsea Flower Show.

SJ created four hats for the Beatles statues inspired by their songs, ‘Help!’, ‘Penny Lane’, ‘Here comes the Sun’, and ‘Yellow Submarine’ at the Pier Head, Liverpool; commissioned by Culture Liverpool. SJ interviewed and filmed for the documentary ‘Statues: Redressed’ on Sky Arts. The hats were then accessed by the Museum of Liverpool.

SJ created an embroidered beanie for Rihanna for the MET Gala, ‘In America: A Lexicon of Fashion’, New York.

SJ created a tricorn, trimmed with 18th century Meissen porcelain in collaboration with Bouke de Vries for London Craft Week exhibition, ‘Unveiled – The Meissen Edition’ hosted by Thomas Goode, London.

SJ collaborated with Dries Van Noten to design a headdress for the Alber Elbaz tribute fashion show, Paris.
